The Monroe Redhawks scored 20 unanswered points in the first half en route to a 41-10 win over Parkwood. The Rebels finally got on the board with 2:21 left in the second quarter when Austin Shook booted a 40-yard field goal. On the ensuing kickoff, Monroe senior running back Jahtwan Stafford took it back 97 yards for a score by streaking down the left sideline and avoiding several tackles. Parkwood, however, scored its first touchdown of the game when Brock Cain completed a 13-yard strike over the middle to Kyle Knox with 7:12 left in the third. The Redhawks officially sealed the victory when Sturdivant scored on a 31-yard run with 3:14 left in the game. Brock Cain was 9-of-22 for 87 yards and TD. Brandon Loham led the Rebels with 68 yards rushing.
