2024 DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR

ROCKY RIVER DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR, All-Rocky River. Played offense, defense, and special teams for Monroe. Led Union Co. with 7 interceptions including a pick 6. Had 2 interceptions in a game twice. Scored 13 total TDs. Recorded 47 stops with 37 solo tackles. A leader of the Red Hawk defense that gave up a Union Co. leading 9.6 pts per game. On offense had 35 receptions for 838 yards and 10 TDs. Season high 6 receptions for 122 yards in 41-15 playoff win over Brevard. Had 3 catches for 100 yards and a TD in playoff win over Shelby. Had 2 catches for 79 yards and a TD in State Title win. Returned a kick-off, a punt, and a fumble for TDs in 2024. Scored 3 TDs in playoff win over TW Andrews. Named the Most Outstanding Offensive Player in the 2A State Title game. Headed to Michigan to continue his academic and football career. Helped lead Monroe to a 15-0 season, a Rocky River Conference title and more importantly a 2A STATE TITLE! Congrats Jordan!
